I have this really annoying colleague!!?

Why do people find it funny to really rile people up. It makes me mad because he mimicks my facial expressions and then goes tells his friends and laugh about it!!! i am shy so i don't say anything, but i'm plotting revenge..and he won't see it coming.. any ideas?
