Will I be able to be in the Army Reserves?

I served in the United States Army. I was stationed down in Fort Bragg NC, and served in one tour over in Afghanistan. Unfortunately my wife suffers from a disease known as Trigeminal Neuralgia and I ended up having to leave on a hardship discharge because of the multiple brain surgeries she has had to undergo. It is sad to say that my wife will never get a full bill of health. I do however still want to serve my Country in anyway I possibly can and still be able to take care of my wife. Would I still be eligible to be enlisted in the Army Reserves?
