Mesa Boogie Dual Reciftier or Peavey 6505+/5150?

im going to be getting a new amp here soon and ive decided either a Mesa Dual Rec. or a 6505+/5150. I play mostly metal/death/ so i play lower tunings. I have played a 6505+ and i love it but i really am set on a Mesa but i have never played one. Any recommendations for the best one to get my ideal sound. I have heard that the Mesa is superior but i still havent tried one. I believe in try before you by so i know what i want officially. Oh yeah im getting a Bon 412 so my cab will be set for the sound i want
