Is there such a thing as a tactical long eye relief or scout scope for rifles?

by tactical I mean that they have large adjustable turrets for quick elevation and windage changes. I'm looking for a scope for a scout type set up that'll be be easily adjustable since I like the look of the scout set up but like the adjustments for varying distances like tactical scopes have.
