Black and white formal dress for Sweet Sixteen?

For my sweet sixteen, I am having an old Hollywood glamor themed party. I want to wear a black and white dress and red lipstick. I can;t seem to find a dress, I would like it to be mostly black with a off white accent. Any suggestions? Thanks
