How long does 99 Strength take from 91?

I play Runescape ( Don't troll ) and I was just wondering, how long would 99 Strength take from 91 training on those red spiders in the stronghold. I play an average of 4 hours per day, since I'm out of school for a while. I also use a Saradomin Sword. Can anyone help me?
