Will there ever be peace in the world?

mankind can never achive full peace but parcial could be achived. we need at least two bully tomcats in the backyard , and the weaker cats to take sides. Bully tomcats usually respect each other. and by this means peace is achived. When there is only one bullytomcat around the backyark he will usually pick on the rest of the cats without competition.
